  Mostly it was good. Office staff and maintenance people are terrific. HOWEVER, the Amelia is part of a HUGE property management company. It took 42 DAYS to get my security deposit back after I moved out after three years. I know the office staff submitted the paperwork within days of my moving out. But staff pointed out that by Massachusetts law they had 35 days to issue a refund. That delay is completely unnecessary. I suspect the property management company keeps the money for as long as they possibly can to earn money on the interest. In my case, I'm a minister who had to wait 42 days to get my much needed $3,000 security deposit back. It left a bad taste in my mouth after three years of mostly positive experiences. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU AMEND YOUR CONTRACT TO GIVE THEM 14 DAYS TO ISSUE A SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND OR PAY A $150 PENALTY. By the way, the cost of having a maintenance person let you in if you lock yourself out went up from $75. to $150 in recent months -- again a real rip off. BE AWARE!

  This place is 10/10, very quite, comfy place to live. Compared to the market the rent is one of the best you can get. One thing that's missing is patio with grill:)
